Saint Simons Colonial Island Trolley Tours offered comprehensive historic trolley tours of St. Simon's Island, Georgia.
We created a simple website that featured online ticket booking complete with encrypted online payment. It went on to successfully process thousands of orders.
To offer an alternative to selling tickets and collecting payment before boarding the trolley, we created a complete online ticketing system. Customers could purchase their tickets in advance and have email confirmation within minutes, and it allowed the business operator to easily forecast how busy upcoming business days were going to be.
We chose to utilize Stripe to safely integrate payments. We created a custom implementation that looked as if it was simply another part of the site itself.
A custom control panel was built that allowed the business operator to easily and instantly update the website without any knowledge of coding.
As usual with our projects, this one was fully responsive. Whether potential trolley guests were browsing on a phone or computer, they had a simple and smooth experience.
